All I can say if you get what you pay for, and cheap services dont always mean good services. I took my 5 month old puppy in for an evaluation because he was having very violent and bloody diarrhea that lasted two months. The first time I took him I was charged $100 given 3 medicines and was told “their was nothing wrong with him” the only other remedy they had for us was allergy testing which was going to be $450-$500 if they knew anything about a dog having allergies they would know that’s normally a topical issue and would not cause bloody diarrhea. Fast forward a week and he’s still having very bloody/mucus diarrhea. I take him back this time with my own stool sample (which was more than enough) and still they see “nothing” this time only $15 but the tech also recommended that the vet would want to do some allergy testing…well I was tired of seeing my pup this way and knew I needed a second opinion at a different vet for the result to be hook worms…that visit was $196 which I gladly paid to finally have treatment for my pup and a prevention for my other dogs as well. So now after paying $330 dollars for hook worms they are not admitting any fault of their own and will not refund anything.

My family and I used to take our pets to Dr. Geodis for many years, and after his retirement we decided to try different veterinarians in the area. Today I brought all of my dogs to Gulfport Veterinary Hospital for checkups, and I was very impressed with the experience. The ladies there were extremely friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout the visit. The pricing for normal checkups was also very reasonable. Overall, it was a great experience and I definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a caring and affordable veterinarian.
