KEEP LOOKING ELSEWHERE - I honestly believe there’s been a change of owners or business plan as something has happened here to degrade the service the past few years. —-Disappointing at best—- When I first selected this Vet over 10 years ago they were great but these days I have to be critical and knowledgeable enough to cross check their work and ensure that it’s complete. The last two times I’ve been there it has been an irresponsible drug administration issue - IMHO if you’re not able to competently administer medical care to a pet, then you shouldn’t run a Vet Hospital. And then LAST STRAW this week I learn that I’m required to get a paper Rx with wet signature to fill flea meds on Chewy.com because this vet has set that restriction!! no notice of their process change in advance… It seems CVH is banking on people just cowing to their rule and ordering in house at increased prices. I don’t have patience for corporate greed or the entitled attitude behind the front desk when I ask for corrections.

Stated to be here at 8am-10:30 for walk in with my sick pet takes 40 min to get here and its not open been sitting here since 8am very disappointed
